We came about as a way to formalize the charitable activities of our founder. Since 2016, Mr. Yaeger has originated, financed, and operated development projects throughout Uganda, ranging from sustainable agriculture to social impact investments.
The Yaeger Development Agency is a U.S. incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All programs are overseen by our founder and our board of directors. Day-to-day operations are led by a local staff of 10 employees in Uganda.
We focus on improving the lives and well-being of impoverished communities in Uganda. Our simple projects and hands-on management style provide cost effective ways to improve the quality of life for the communities we work with.
