Our Programs
Yaeger Charity Soccer Academy (YCSA)
We operate a well-respected football academy targeting impoverished children in Kampala. We employ a full-time staff of coaches and supervisors that provide 200+ children (ranging from 4 to 18 years-old) free training and host frequent tournaments. Our home field is located at the Police Children's School in Kibuli-Nysambia.
We invest substantial resources in our program participants and use this community as a platform for other programs such as healthcare outreach.
Clean Water Initiatives
We build wells and improve natural water sources in rural communities in Uganda. In such villages, children often must travel many miles everyday to gather water for their households. These projects typically cost less than $500 and provide relief to communities of 1,000+ people.
We also construct hand washing stations and water filtration systems at schools, churches, mosques, prisons and other sites in Kampala.
General Development Works
We strive to leave every place better than how we found it. Since 2016, we have planted nearly 30,000 trees in and around our projects, extended rural power lines and built village road networks.
We also work with local public agencies and international NGOs to promote stability, sustainability and economic development in Uganda.
